To ensure the best experience for you and your pup, please keep these safety precautions in mind:

▪️Water Resistance (Do NOT Submerge):
The removable top cap and inner silicone bristle sleeve are 100% washable under the tap. However, the lower main base houses the electronic motor and lithium battery, do not submerge the main device body in water or place it in the dishwasher.

▪️Avoid Water Overfill:
Do not fill the water past two-thirds of the cup. Overfilling can cause water to spill over the sides when your dog's paw is inserted, potentially seeping into the charging port.

▪️Pre-Check Paw Size:
Measure your dog’s paw width prior to purchasing. Paw widths exceeding 8.9 cm may feel too snug and cause the motor to auto-stop to prevent injury.

▪️Inspect for Open Wounds:
Do not use on pets with active paw injuries, deep cuts, open sores, or severe skin infections without consulting your veterinarian first.

▪️First-Time Desensitization:
If your dog is nervous around new gadgets, introduce the device while turned off first with treats. Let them sniff it and get used to the quiet motor sound before inserting their paw.

▪️Charging Safety:
