In the unlikely event that you need to return an item, we offer a 7‑day return window. This means you have 7 days from the date of delivery to decide if your Pawritus product meets your expectations in quality, condition, or suitability.

If something isn’t right, whether in quality, condition, or suitability, we’ll work with you to make it right.

Returned items must be unused, in their original condition, and in their original, undamaged packaging, with all tags, labels, accessories and components included.

    Damages & Issues

    Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@pawritus.com or by WhatsApp at +971564099007
    We’ll gladly replace the item free of charge, ensuring your pet receives the product they deserve.

    Exceptions / Non‑Returnable Items

    Items marked as clearance, final-sale, or gift cards cannot be returned.
    Shipping costs (if any) are non‑refundable.

    Exchanges

    For any product your dog needs to wear, we encourage you to measure them carefully before ordering and refer to our Size Guide to ensure the best fit. This helps avoid delays and ensures your pet receives the right product the first time.
    To ensure smooth handling, the original product must be returned and received by us before we can ship your replacement. Once the return is confirmed, we’ll expedite the new item so your pet’s wellness routine continues without interruption.

    Refunds

    Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of its approval. Approved refunds are typically processed within 5-7 business days and issued directly to your original payment method. Please note that banks and credit card providers may require additional time to complete posting the refund to your account.

    As an alternative, you may choose to receive your refund in the form of a Pawritus Voucher, which can be used toward any future purchase. This option ensures immediate availability and allows you to continue your pet’s wellness journey without delay.

    Third‑Party Purchases

    This policy applies only to purchases made directly through pawritus.com. If you purchased Pawritus products through a third‑party retailer, please refer to their return and refund policies.

    International Returns & Exchanges

    We accept returns and exchanges for eligible orders shipped outside the UAE, subject to our standard return conditions mentioned above.

    Returns

    • Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning items to us in the UAE.
    • Returned items must be unused, in their original condition, and in their original, undamaged packaging, with all tags, labels, accessories and components included.
    • Refunds will only be processed after the returned item has been received and inspected by our team and confirmed to be in fully sellable condition.
    • Items that are used, damaged, incomplete, or returned without their original packaging may not be eligible for a refund.

    Exchanges

    • Customers are responsible for the shipping cost of returning the original item to us in the UAE.
    • Once the returned item has been received, inspected and approved for exchange, Pawritus will cover the international shipping cost of sending the replacement item to you once, free of charge.
    • Any additional exchange or reshipment requests relating to the same order will be subject to applicable shipping charges.
