Order Processing

  • Depending on when you place your order, it will ship the same business day or the next business day.

  • You’ll receive a notification once your order is on its way.


Local Shipping (UAE)

  • Free shipping in Dubai on any order value.

  • Free shipping to all other Emirates on orders above AED 150. A shipping fee of AED 15 applies to orders below AED 150.

  • Next‑day delivery for orders placed by 1 PM

  • Orders placed after 1 PM will arrive the following business day

  • Note: No deliveries on Sundays


UAE Remote Areas

  • Delivery within 2 - 4 business days
